Rosemary Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 2 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/3 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation:
- Mix bread crumbs, flour, salt, rosemary, paprika and onion powder together in a ziploc bag.
(This recipe makes enough coating for about 8 chops. If you only want to make 2 chops you can use about 1/3 cup of the coating mixture and store the rest for another meal.) - Dip pork chops in water; place in the bag and shake to coat.
- Pour canola oil into skillet and heat to medium.
- Cook chops for 4 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
