Seafood Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3/4 pound seafood (bay scallops, medium shrimp, any mild whitefish -- like tilapia -- in small chunks)
- 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Thaw seafood. You can thaw shrimp and scallops in a strainer with cold water.
- Pour melted butter into a 2 quart casserole dish. Distribute seafood evenly inside the dish.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and then sprinkle this mixture over the seafood.
- Bake in pre-heated oven about 20 minutes.
- Serves 2.
