Marinated Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
- creamy Italian salad dressing (Marzetti brand, if possible)
- worcestershire sauce
- soy sauce
- Cavender's Greek Seasoning
- 6 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
Preparation:
- Place chicken breasts in large baking dish.
- Cover both sides of chicken pieces with soy sauce.
- Spread 1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce over chicken pieces.
- Cover all pieces with creamy Italian dressing.
- Cover with foil and marinate in the refrigerator 4 - 8 hours.
- Mix about 1/3 cup of marinade in the same proportions as you used to cover the chicken and refridgerate. You will use this to baste the chicken while grilling.
- Grill on a hot grill until done, basting with extra marinade on each turn and then sprinkling Greek seasoning lightly on each piece.
